Core responsibilities
Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to attract new clients from China and retain existing relationships in the trust and fiduciary sector.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to expand the company’s footprint.
Lead and build a high-performing business development team
Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, legal and tax advisors, institutional investors, and corporate partners.
Collaborate with professional parties to develop innovative trust solutions meeting clients’ unique needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains agile and competitive.
Prepare and present business proposals, strategic plans, and performance reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
Qualifications required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, engineering, client relationship management, wealth management, or private equity sector.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing high-value client relationships, preferably with an international clientele.
In-depth knowledge of trust structures, estate planning, fiduciary services, and related regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin.
Strong professional network and reputation within the trust and wealth management community.
Frequent travel to China is required.
